We offer both legal and graduate internships.  All of our internship positions are unpaid.  At this time, we do not have any openings for staff positions.

Social Media Internship

We are seeking a Social Media Intern to help us keep our website, blog, YouTube channel and Facebook page updated.  Interns are expected to work 15 hours a week for the spring semester.  Applicants should have strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment with limited resources. The Social Media Intern will spend most of his or her time writing about legal issues, so attention to detail and copy-editing skills are must.

The Social Media Intern will also search YouTube looking for human rights videos to favorite for our YouTube channel, and will search for interesting and useful applications to include on our Facebook page.

While we already have a website format in place, we need someone to ensure that our content is up-to-date, thorough, comprehendable to non-lawyers, accessible, and intuitively organized. We see our web presence as a tool to reach the public at large, the legal community, and equally important, potential donors.

This is a fun internship with many opportunities to learn about what it means to be a human rights advocate, and to help some of the world's most vulnerable people.
